WestPoint Home, Inc. has direct pay permits in certain states in which they are doing business.  These direct pay permits require us to pay the use tax on our purchases directly to the states, rather than paying the sales tax to our vendors. 

If you are selling goods to us, and those goods will be delivered to one of the locations shown below, do not charge us the sales tax on your invoice.   You can click on any of the states listed below to obtain a copy of our direct pay permit(s):
