RETURN POLICY
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
At WestPoint Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase made on westpointhome.com. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item purchased through our website, you may return the item in accordance with the policy below.
During non-holiday months (January through October), eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax paid, excluding original shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other non-refundable service charges.
Purchases made during the holiday season (November through December) may be returned through January 31 of the following calendar year.
WestPoint Home does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return and refund:
- Items must be returned within the applicable return window
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags attached, where applicable
- A packing slip, order confirmation, or proof of purchase must accompany the return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, washed, laundered, damaged, or altered merchandise
- Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items marked as such at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
WestPoint Home reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
At this time, WestPoint Home does not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service promptly for assistance.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect, damaged merchandise, or a shipping error by WestPoint Home, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where:
- The item received was defective
- The item received was damaged in transit
- An incorrect item was shipped by WestPoint Home
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking information until your return has been processed.
WestPoint Home is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return an item, please follow the instructions included with your order or contact Customer Service for assistance.
Basic return steps include:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Include the packing slip or proof of purchase
- Indicate the reason for return, if requested
- Ship the package using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Retain tracking information for your records
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date your return is received for processing and credit issuance, depending on your financial institution.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If a returned order was associated with a promotional offer, discount, or bundled purchase, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact WestPoint Home Customer Service as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs or additional information to assist with the resolution process.

WestPoint Home reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the updated effective date.
