    CONSUMER SHIPPING POLICY

    ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

    WestPoint Home strives to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt, excluding weekends and company holidays.

    Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on company holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

    All shipments are insured at no additional cost to the customer.

    Please note that orders may experience delays due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, weather events, supply chain constraints, or other circumstances outside of our control.


    PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

    Orders are not shipped until payment has been fully authorized and verified. If payment authorization cannot be obtained, your order may be delayed or canceled.


    MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

    To ensure efficient fulfillment, your order may ship from multiple warehouse locations or be split into multiple packages.

    If this occurs:

    • You may receive multiple shipments on different delivery dates
    • You will not be charged additional shipping fees
    • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment

    SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

    Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

    Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States)

    Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.

    No weekend or holiday delivery is available for standard shipping services.

    We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.


    Alaska & Hawaii

    Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii typically arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on carrier service and destination.

    No weekend or holiday delivery is available.

    We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.


    APO / FPO Addresses

    We are pleased to ship to APO and FPO addresses. However, delivery timelines may vary significantly and may take up to 30 business days or longer, depending on military postal processing and destination.


    International Shipping

    At this time, WestPoint Home does not ship to international destinations or U.S. territories outside of standard domestic shipping coverage.


    SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Selected shipping method
    • Delivery destination (ZIP code)
    • Order size and weight

    Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of shipping errors or defective merchandise.


    ORDER TRACKING

    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

    Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment is confirmed by the carrier.

    Depending on the shipping method used, orders may be shipped via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other regional delivery partners.


    ORDER STATUS

    Registered customers may view order history and status by logging into their WestPoint Home account.

    Additionally, customers will receive automated email notifications including:

    • Order confirmation email (typically within 24 hours of purchase)
    • Shipping confirmation email (when the order has shipped, including tracking details)

    DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

    Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. WestPoint Home is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Carrier disruptions
    • Weather events
    • Natural disasters
    • Customs or postal delays (where applicable)
    • Peak season volume
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

    If your order appears delayed, please use the carrier tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


    LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

    If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

    We may require supporting documentation or photographs for damage-related claims.


    ADDRESS ACCURACY

    Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. WestPoint Home is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    WestPoint Home reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
